Hello,
I am an ongoing VU student and am ahppy to take advantage of this free class.

Stress is an ever present part of most of our lives and these trying times have ramped up the voltage in my life. I am hoping to learn the de-stressing/coping methods.
I am a believer in Positive thinking, but sometimes bad times makes it hard to keep my thoughts in the proper perspective. The excercises in the first lesson will make a healthy start.
